Fees
Two basis points to make, five to take.
| Fee | |
|---|---|
| Maker (your order rests and is filled by someone else) | 2 bps (0.02%) |
| Taker (your order fills against a resting order) | 5 bps (0.05%) |
| Liquidation | 1%–1.5% of notional, charged only when the insurance fund takes over a position; a liquidation that fills on the book pays ordinary maker fees, and a deleverage pays none |
| Deposits | none from the exchange; card deposits carry the processor's fee, shown before you pay |
| Withdrawals | none from the exchange; you pay the destination chain's gas |
Fees are charged in USDλ on the notional value of the fill and are shown on the order ticket before you confirm. Funding is not a fee: it is a payment between longs and shorts, and the exchange keeps none of it — see Funding.
